This is a super easy recipe for cookouts, parties, or just to enjoy a cold, refreshing sandwich on a hot summer day!
I realize there may be some criticism due to it containing olive oil mayonnaise, but feel free to substitute as you wish. I used the mayonnaise so that is what I am illustrating in the recipe.
Directions- mix 8-10oz grilled chicken, 1/4 apple (diced), handful of grapes (quartered), approx 1/4 cup olive oil mayonnaise, a few Tbsp of sliced almonds and a dash of black pepper together in a medium bowl. Chill for 15-20 minutes. Serve on whole wheat sandwich thins!
