RECIPE: Healthy Breakfast Burrito (21 Day Fix Approved)

Today I made this DELICIOUS creation for breakfast! 

Ingredients:

2 eggs (1 red)
Mozzarella cheese (1 blue) 
1/4 cup yellow pepper (or any pepper) 
1/4 cup onion
1 whole wheat tortilla (1 yellow) 

(veggies = 1/2 green) 

I sauteed the onion and peppers for about a minute with a dash of black pepper.  Then I scrambled my eggs until they were fully cooked.

Then I assembled the burrito.  Tortilla, eggs, cheese, and pepper and onions. 

This was SO good and super simple! 

I could totally eat this for any meal!
